Terms of Sale: The Terms of Sale starts when you place an order. This includes purchasing our product and accepting all the terms and conditions. We will acknowledge your order through an email confirming the receipt of your order with the Bill Invoice.

Dispatch and Delivery: Once we receive your order, we will start our processing and as soon as it is ready to dispatch, we will notify you. Mostly we can process your requirement within 7 days to dispatch and if the order is having more detailed designing and complex art works it will be communicated back to u in email or WhatsApp after the order is placed.

Validity of Rates: Prices are valid for the dates indicated. Currency: All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment Options: We accept Credit Card, Debit Card Net Banking etc as forms of payment.

We will undertake a detailed case study of your complaint and provide you with our findings.  If you are satisfied with our proposed decision or actions, we will close your complaint. However, if you are not satisfied with our proposed decision or actions, we will record this, and provide you with information on how to escalate your complaint, to the Legal Court in India having Jurisdiction at Kottayam, Kerala.
