Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason or you receive your product in a damaged state, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns: All return items must be returned to our facility within seven (7) days from the date you received the order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Worn or used items are not eligible for return. It should not be modified in any manner too. Products that are stitched to customized measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process: To return or exchange your item, you need to notify us by email attaching a copy of the bill along with the image of the product. We will contact you then, all you have to do is place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. No Refunds will be provided. You will be eligible for store credit of the purchased amount which you can use to buy other products. For exchange of size, you can mention in the mail which size you require. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Products that are stitched to customized measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations: Once you place the order it cannot be cancelled. But you can always exchange or get store credit for your order of which the details are already mentioned above. This will be decided based on the sole management decision of SMG Clothing Studio.
